Ordered a small black coffee. They filled it to the top. Tried to open the lid to stir the sugar. Spilled the hot coffee all... over my hands. Why everything has to be filled to the top? I just dumped it in the trash can and left. Read more
Great place for coffee. Bad place for cheeseburgers because they don't and have never sold cheeseburgers.
I've always liked this little Starbucks at the Whole Foods in Medford. I stop by any time I can.
This place is fine but runs out of stock every day, as early as 9am

I just wanted to say that Ray was awesome today. She?s informational about the drinks. So today after going to the gym I wanted... to get a nice healthy drink. I went to the mystic parkway Starbucks. At first I wanted to get Guava Passion fruit refresher butthey run out. Ray told me so many options about other drinks. It was really overwhelming getting to know other drinks I couldtry. after picking a drink she told me to try it before I leave the store to make sure everything is okay. It's okay. My friend and I live nearby so this is the sbux we go to, they've messed up our orders multiple times. Once I was the... only one in the store and I had ordered a refresher, 3ppl got their drinks before me who ordered AFTER me. The girl didn't evenstart my drink at all, I had to remind her. Then instead of making my pink drink with vscf, she made a strawberry lemonade withvscf. I try to be understanding because I used to work at sbux so i understand the struggle, I let a lot slide, but the workershere need to work on a lot. Otherwise, they're very nice and do create a welcoming environment. I just wouldn't call it my thirdplace. Read more
