Today I was served food with the rancid meat. I call and reported the issued. The manager of the store told me that the meet... was good this morning and there was not problem. This wendys is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I've gone at least 15 times and each time it's been the same thing.... 30 minutes in the drive thru line. Many of the workers not helpful and lack proper communication skills. The manager neverdoes anything he is lazy and don't care. I've resisted saying anything for 6 years because I go out of convenience but tonightwas my breaking point. This wendys need to be under new management and clean house. Never had a more unprofessional experience.The workers asking what you want and then when you ask for your online order they just point you in a direction. Food is fine, typical. The drive thru is trash - if there?s more than 3 cars in line I actively avoid it and go to McDonald?s. 5... cars in line will take you approximately 30min to get your food, not too much better picking up inside.
