I want to make it known that this was only the second time I?ve been in McDonalds in the last year. Had an issue last week of... items missing from my takeout order. When I got home I called and the woman who answered the phone made it sound like it wasn?ta big deal and it happens often. I was told to come back in and they will take care of it. I went in this morning to pickup anorder and told them about it. The employee at the register took care of it. When my order was done (upon entry and leaving ittook 37 minutes) the employee handed me the bag and then the manager stepped in and started asking me questions. When, who did Ispeak too, etc. I didn?t have the name of who I spoke too because of the way the conversation went I was lead to believe thiswas a normal thing. I don?t usually go here so I didn?t know. Needless to say the manager was fairly aggressive and not happyabout it and started to cause a slight scene. I told them to keep the two items and walked out. I?m not sure what caused thatbut I will not be going back. I still paid for food that I never received. I will be calling my credit card company to do acharge back at this point. It wasn?t even about the money. It?s the principle behind it and the way I was treated. This is oneof the lowest end fast food places around and they shouldn?t be chasing people out. Read more

Every time I come here.... Pull over and we'll bring it out. What's the point of fast-food if it isn't fast? And you'd expect it... to be "fresher" than what you get for having to wait 10 minutes. Read more

Extremely rude associates & unfriendly management. Every time I go in this location there?s always an unprofessional associate... working the registers who never fails to embarrass or degrade me. I have a hearing disability as well as cognitive disabilityand always am made to feel less than. After today?s incident I will be reporting this location to corporate as it seems to be anongoing issue. My advice to the owner of this location please hire new staff and new management because your quality of serviceto your customers is appalling even for a McDonald?s. I will give credit where credit is due as I usually review fairly andhighly of places I go to do you have forever lost my business. Read more

I get that it gets busy, and it?s only fast food, but do you think you could at least cook the fries all the way and serve them... hot?! Update: This is what you get when you order a medium quarter pound meal with extra mustard at Medford McDonald?s. Halffull, cold fries, a cold burger with a few dots of mustard, and a very dried out bun. The coke was an inch and a half from thetop of the cup. I don?t know why I even gave them another try. Next time I?ll drive the few minutes extra to Marlton, their foodis always fresh, and hot there. Read more

This McDonald?s usually has good service and the food always tastes fresh. The fries come out hot and nuggets are always crispy.... This is a good place to get a fast lunch or dinner if you like this kind of food. Read more

People are always friendly but I have literally never gotten a correct order and the food is always messily thrown together in... the wrapper. Today was the final straw- ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes and 1 hot cakes platter and got two big breakfastplatters and no pancakes. They gave me syrup and butter in the bag- just not the hotcakes. The sandwiches we got were smashedtogether and half the cheese was in the wrapper. There?s just no regard for quality. When I called to ask for my money refundedfor the platters, I was told I had to come back with my card, even though I used Apple Pay. In 2021, I?m 100% positive theycould have refunded me with the order number and without having to return to the store. So inconvenience and aggravation allaround. In my opinion, they benefit from being basically the only game in town since any other option is much further away. Andit?s a shame Read more
