Food was great , glad we stopped in after several times of passing it. We paid cash but I believe we may’ve still been charged... the CC fee. That’s the only thing I’d walk away disappointed with. It wasn’t terribly busy but I still felt bad that thegirl was by herself. She handled it all well though & was very polite. Clearly by the huge sign in the window , they’re tryingto hire help. I was charged $12.95 for lamb over rice when the menu board clearly states $8.00 I will file a complaint with the city. Too... lazy to tell the customers the prices have changed or get up and put piece of paper. Rip-off con-artist. Update 4-21 if yourlamb over rice new price is 9.99 which u didn't displayed why you charged me $12.95 on my receipt? U gave me bin full of ricewith mynute rice. You should be ashamed of yourself. I would rate this 6 stars if it was possible! Best Halal spot in Suffolk hands down! I used to go into Queens for work so I know... where the good stuff is and have not had anything remotely close since this spot opened! Theres so much to say for this place.Very clean. The owner is very kind and takes pride in everything he serves. The food is delicious (Im still exploring the menuas there is a pleasant variety and satisfied with everything so far). Ive had the chicken over rice platter and fried chickenand tenders. All I can say is that you shouldn’t take my word for it, go try it yourself!! You wont be disappointed here. Exceptional customer service. They make you feel appreciated. Everything we had was delicious. Chicken and waffles had a nice... balance of crispiness and soft meat. Bacon cheeseburger is simple. Mix over rice is my favorite in Suffolk. Acai bowl was a nicetreat. Will be visiting again and again and again! Read more
Shahid BHAI was a great server here. While he owns the business and is Pakistani. Overall the food is pretty good. If you in the... area stop by. Best Chicken and Rice In LI. Highly recommended for that. The combo hits different. My only complaint has to bethe chicken and waffles, which had a weird aftertaste, and took a while to be prepared. Other than that. Great spot!
