Placed a mobile order, the drink was made wrong in almost every way. I don?t know what they were smoking this morning. I asked... them to remake it. I was then giving a Venti cup of milk with no coffee in it. After paying nine dollars for a cup of coffee Idon?t expect this. And they caused me to be late to work because of it. Read more
Not sure if they are so busy here !! It took almost 30 mins for a reg coffee !!
The worst starbucks,it took them over 20minutes with 7 staffs,and after reminding them twice for a mobile order of 1 cup of... black coffee and hardly any customers in the store, to get that cup of coffee. Read more
This place takes forever. Waited 15 minutes for 1 drink on a Monday afternoon. Meanwhile my drink was sitting on the counter the... whole time? they forgot to give it to me until I had to say something. Terrible. I won?t be back to this location. Read more
I always order through the app. Today I came in there's about 6 people working. I get it it's 50% off Tuesdays but I was looking... to see if my order was done and it was sitting on the counter. I was standing there for about a good 3 minutes, I order throughthe app so I can just go in and out quicker since I have to go to work. So when no one decided to be like " are you picking upor how can I help you?" Mind you there's only 2 of us at the pick up counter. I went to go reach for my drink and one of thegirls there was like "no reaching" so embarrassing like I would've not have to reach for my stuff waiting there if 1 out of themany working there if they would've acknowledged me in the first place.
