It doesn't seem to matter what Wendy's you go to, the problem is the same. You order your food the way you want it, and they... serve it however they want. Order a double stack hamburger no cheese or onions please, and you get a hamburger with no onionsbut with cheese. Order a single (1/4 pounder) hamburger no cheese, or mayo or onions, and you get a burger with cheese, onionsand no mayo. It's amazing how consistent their inconsistency is. Clearly the best Wendy's in Suffolk. Wendy's menu items are the same all around, but the staff in this location actually cares... whether it's good. They're polite, actually seem happy to be there, and don't throw your order into a bag and throw the bag atyou like the other locations. Read more
Nice place to have a meal. I was there at lunch time. Everything was freshly cooked, and my order was ready in under 3 minutes.... The drive thru moves quickly. Good service, courteous employees. 4 stars! Read more
