Ordered pizza online asked to be ready by 6:25pm. Walked in to pickup at 6:24pm and they had just taken it out of the oven and... were slicing it when I walked up to the counter. Now that's what I call excellent service, fresh, hot delicious pizza and saladready when asked! Read more
This place was a joke. They tell you 15 minutes, lose your order and keep you waiting over 40 minutes. Not to mention, no one... was washing there hands after touching the phone, faces and cash. Just grabbing gloves with dirty hands after digging his fingerin his ear. I feel if the employees cared about being sanitary and and making sure orders are tracked properly as much aswanting to go on break this place would continue to get my business. Read more
One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I'm from San Jose visiting friends and they recommended that we get pizza from... there. I ordered the food at 5:38pm online to be delivered. Added a 15% tip on top of the delivery fee. The email saysestimated 1 hour 30 minutes for delivery. I tried calling them around 10 times and to see where the order is. All I got isa busy signal. Had to get in my car and drive down there. When I showed up and told them what was going on they were justmaking the pizza. The guy tried to offer a 2 liter soda. I said we don't drink that type of soda. He said ok printed out thereceipt and took off the tip and delivery fee? I told him I am not happy with having to drive all the way down here to pick upthe order. Also that I tried to call ten times and the line was busy. He started making excuses that they just had a big party(14 people at a table) the rest of the place was empty. Then he preceded to tell me he has 1 driver. The guys attitude wasreally poor. 10 min later having to wait for the pizzas he said your order is ready. I told him that I was going to leave abad Yelp review and said whatever. I grew up loving this place and the pizza. Boy has it really gone down hill. The staff was not professional looking or acting,... most don't wear gloves when handling food. My 45 year streak of going here is over. Pretty sad that the management has let itget so run down while charging on the higher end of the scale. Read more

it's good pizza. a little pricey. tough parking but on the weekends you can try to park at the bank next door.
