I have always enjoyed Applebee's. But today...oh my. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated in a restaurant servicing 8... tables. 1 party in line in front of us. Another 15 minutes to get our order taken. Food was good but by then, I wasfrustrated. Men's urinal was filthy/gross. Read more
Tried to go here with my mom for dessert for my Birthday. Arrived at 7:35pm the bar attendant told me they just stopped seating... and didn't care we were only going to have dessert... So your telling me that it takes longer than 25 minutes to put pie on aplate??? ???? Read more
good food lousy service. Waiter never asked if we wanted appetizers, walked past me three times before asking if i wanted more... wings *all you can eat deal*, wife's margarita had little to no alcohol, wasn't offered anything for the wife's steak or myfries. just all around lazy waiter..... Not very busy, and very over staffed so it's hard to understand why it was a rough visit. Our waitress asked us if we would like... an appetizer, and we said yes and began to tell her but she then turned around and walked away and started talking to anotherwaitress! When I ordered my food, it came out quick but it was really cold and had to be sent back. We asked if we could getrefills of our drinks, but by the time our waitress came back with them, we were done eating and ready to go. As a previousmanager at a restaurant, seeing how many tables were not cleaned off and the amount of food on the floor while servers arestanding around talking was interesting. And I think they are having a sewage problem because about 5ft from their bathroomsthere is a terrible sewage smell. We were really excited for our first trip to Medford Applebee's, but unfortunately we will notbe making our way back. Good luck with your crew. Our usual go-to diner.. however this time.... Well we were going to dine in. Unfortunately though we were not even allowed to... sit at the bar an have a drink while we were going to wait for service for 30 minutes. Would have gladly waited an had a drinkat the bar but the manager said no. That was this afternoon. 9/4/22 probably won't be back. Red Robin took us right in. Sittinghere now enjoying a hard cider. Applebees never disappoints. We love their 2 for deals. This time we went with the cheeseburgers and fries. With spinach... artichoke dip for the appetizer. The burgers were smaller than I expected. However they were pretty tasty. And the dip is alwaysfire!! Read more
It's been months since we were last in and out was good to see that the menu is expanding back. Great food, spunky waitressing,... nice atmosphere, still waiting for their wonton stir fry to remake an appearance. We talked with some staff and as with otherplaces, there are supply chain challenges. Still a really great place to eat! Read more
