On the waitress's recommendation, I tried the meatloaf dinner (I got the little less version), and every bite was pure... delicious home cooked goodness. I stopped in on a whim for some biscuits and gravy. It was clean environment, that?s always a plus. Biscuit?s were cold and a... bit stale. My over medium eggs were a scramble that resembled jailhouse bright yellow powdered just add water egg mix. The 3sausage links were not great. We stopped here to eat. We have been to other Black Bear Diners and this one was better than some of the others. We all enjoyed... our food. The service was great. While we waited for our food, we enjoyed the way they had the place decorated. When the foodcame, it was amazing looking. It tasted great and delicious. Two of us got the Hobo omelet and it was delicious. One got themeat omelet and it was delicious. The last person got the Turkey sandwich and it was delicious. We all love the food andservice. We stopped here again and had a great time. The food was delicious, The service was great, They serve you enoughfood. We all enjoy ourselves, Thanks Black Bear Diner. I ordered through Door Dash and got my food this morning. When it got to me my food was super cold which is fine with it being... delivery obviously. But my orange juice had parts of napkin or card board in it my malt milkshake was not mixed at all. I wishI?d taken pictures of my entire meal before I?d thrown it away. Read more

UPDATE - was contacted by the owner and sent in my experience and contact info (including my phone number) and was never... contacted back. So make of that what you will but I'm definitely never coming back. Ordered food to go online, new york stripsteak dinner, black bear burger and the fried chicken meal. Get there after 20 minutes like the website says and they tell meit's going to be 10-15 minutes more, which is fine, but when I return, they notify me the fried chicken is out. I wished theyhad notified me when I had come earlier. Also whoever was doing the food pickup assumed I was a food delivery driver, whichisn't a bad thing but was just not sympathetic or cooperation, ve when I explained that the food was for my family and that thechicken was for my son, so I could not just substitute something else. Instead of offering a refund I had to ask for it. Theworst part is that the burger literally had the cheese paper still stuck to it, they just slapped it into the burger with thecheese paper. So not only did I not get one of the meals we ordered, but 1of the 2 meals we actually did get was screwed up, andhad a bone chip in it which I unfortunately bit into. The wait time was about 10 minutes which is great considering that they are short-staffed like many other restaurants right now.... The server was attentive and filled drinks. The food was good! I loved my vegetable omelet! The bell peppers were cookedperfectly and the spinach wasn?t soggy. It was a great family restaurant. We will definitely go there again! Read more

This diner is exactly what I've been craving! It's completely bear themed, and gives that nostalgic breakfast diner feel. The... food was delicious. Our waitress was awesome and despite how packed they were, we got our food in less than 20 minutes! Ifyou're passing through Medford, you should definitely stop here ???? Read more
