Roughest most worn out Wild Wings I've been to. Wings were clearly made ahead of our order and reheated before serving and they... were inconsistently hot and cold. On the positive side the wings were still pretty good, the chicken sandwich was awesome, thetots excellent and the salt and vinegar french fries spot on! The bloody Mary’s tasted awesome but seemed light on the vodkaand at $9 each we expected better. The booths are on their last legs, worn and lumpy. The food was really good. Even though most of our meal was deep fried it wasn't greasy or oily. A good selection of sauces. I... recommend the sampler plate. It has a really nice selection of food on it. I would suggest getting traditional style wings overthe boneless. The furniture is a bit worn, but that doesn't affects the taste. I have never witnessed a more colossal breakdown of customer service than I did here last week. To set the scene: the restaurant... was not busy and was well staffed. I arrived to pick up a DoorDash delivery that was expected to be ready at 10:22. It was 1ITEM (a Buffalo chicken sandwich.) The hostess up front was a young girl who did not look up or speak to any of the customerscoming or going. Entirely unfriendly and disengaged. When I spoke to her she told me it would be ready soon so I sat andwaited…. For 35 freaking minutes. While waiting another customer came in to pick up her own order. She asked the hostess whyno one had answered the phone so many times when she called to order since they didn’t seem busy and the girl literally toldher “That’s not my job” and walked away back to the kitchen. The kitchen door is visible with a window and the customerthen witnessed a member of the kitchen staff with no gloves on eating some of the food he was preparing and asked an employeewhy he was doing that. The gentleman hears her and came out of the kitchen to tell her it wasn’t a big deal before walkingaway ???? She asked to speak to the manager who remained calm but was very dismissive about what was happening. She basicallytold her I’ll let them know not to do that…. From start to finish it was baffling, and I was honestly grateful I was pickingup food I wasn’t expected to eat. Sampler was very good. only thing is I had to eat with my hands and use my shirt to wipe my mouth, because there was no napkins... or utensils in the bag after picking up my order. Please remember to include those things. It's simple people, before staplingthe bag throw those items in the bag. geeez. Read more
I ordered cheese curds and wings and because they were out of cheese curds they gave me a whole box full of wings and a... compensation I could not be happier and I wanted to apologize to the staff via Google to let them know that I have never had amore amazing experience in a restaurant I will most certainly be bringing all of my friends back Read more
So I recently have been ordering Extra crispy, extra wet, garlic parm/Asian zing bone in wings. I’ve been to this location in... the morning and at night. The service is mediocre regardless of time of day. First time (Night visit) didn’t get all thesauces I asked for when they brought the food out. Ran out & just sat out of water and sauces for a bit before I got thewaitresses attention. Second time (morning visit) I politely said I was just going to check and she had a scowl. Checked the bagtwo sauces were missing, wings were not extra wet, no napkins, towelettes, plastic wear & they forgot my iced sweet tea. I cameback in for the tea and they gave me no ice unsweetened tea. Idk if I offended them by checking their work but clearly someoneneeded to. As they missed 7 items but they didn’t forget to charge me for everything. After I got back to my camp I realizedthey were not extra wet and the boneless sucked. Very disappointed in this locations’ staff. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but Iwould not recommend this particular location. Read more
I keep trying to give Buffalo Wild Wings the benefit of doubt, but every time I go there, service is slow. The restaurant is... not all that clean and they seem disorganized. Good wings but details of the order were got wrong. Not staffs fault, they were slammed. Tried to be very helpful with extra... items but considering we paid extra for 2 orders of something and didn't get them, was disappointed. So definitely go over orderthere before you leave. Read more
