As a former cook at a local restaurant, I could not believe what I saw. I just heard the lady tell the guy in front of me that... they cannot take any orders right now until they finish the orders they already have . I also noticed that the guy making thefood was taking his sweet time making the burgers. I didn?t know that people could possibly move that slow, especially for aFAST food restaurant. People are getting so lazy, I guess places are so desperate that they will hire just about about anyone. Read more

The Parking was adequate with open handicap parking upfront and wheelchair accessible entrances on both sides of the restaurant.... They had wheel chair accessable restrooms and stalls. That's the only good part of my review because unfortunately thisparticular visit to burger king was truly terrible Very understaffed inside the the restaurant and in the drive thru as well. Iwas waiting for my realistically small and simple order for over 30 minutes. I had to yell at an employee to gain attention andask where my food was at and then finally I got my order and low and behold it wasn't even what I ordered I ordered chicken andI got mosarella sticks. I never expect much from customer service these days. Everyone seems over worked. I ordered an impossible burger no onion with... cheese. Had onions no cheese. Glad I can support Burger King charity. At least it was wrapped in a 'with cheese' wrapper. AHello, Sorry about the wait or have a good day would have made it better, but she said nothing to me at all. Oh well, saved mecalories. I would ask they do better for the prices. Next time, I'll just go to a restaurant. Read more

Worst fast food establishment I have ever been to.. waited over 30 minutes to get food, when asked why 15 drivers were served... before me while I was waiting, I was told we are short staffed... I was the only customer inside the store.. but drive throughtakes priority for your 3 employees??? What about the 1 guy inside waiting to eat on his lunch break?!?!? So I went toMcDonald's and was served right away. DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING UNLESS YOU HAVE HOURS TO BURN WHILE WAITING TO GET YOURFOOD!!! Oh, 1 more thing.. the "manager" was unable to refund my money before I left.. HORRIBLE BUSSINESS!!! STAY AWAY!! Read more

730 at night Drive through wasn?t busy, spent about 10 min at the window waiting for our food after we paid, window guy wasn?t... very personable Burger was cold in parts and not cooked all the way and sprite was straight soda water no syrup. Never had agood experience at this location and this seems to be the final straw. Read more

I walked in early morning today, and the first thing that was asked, "How are you today?" I know it's courtesy, but having... someone ask is nice and it's even nicer that I got to ask the question back, she was really attentive when I asked forsuggestions, that I would come again over and over! Left this place empty handed and wasted 30min of my life. Entirely frustrated and anxiety ridden. They didn?t have any chicken... options. The biggest issue was, my gift card had $25 on it and the front couldn?t figure out why it was not processing correct.After 20min I?m told to pay the cash portion because it?s declining due to the total being more than my card has. I do pay theoverage, still declining my gift card. Mind you, I?ve called the card customer service and confirmed the money is on there. Atthis point I?m so anxious I?m getting dizzy. Not once did anyone call for the manager, until I said I was done and didn?t wantmy order, wanted my card refunded. Then the manager comes over, we?re at 30min now. Manager has been right behind the fry linedoing burgers and could hear and see me the whole time. He comes over to tell the cashier that the card can?t be ran on thatregister but works on drive thru register. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My food has been made and sitting for 30min while not one personthought to figure out why this wasn?t working. I thought the second girl was the manager, nope! So i get my refund and get outof there. To top it off, there?s a massive puddle in the parking lot like 4? deep. The lot is vacant, hardly anyone came duringthat 30min through drive thru and inside. The rating for this location matched my experience. Wish I?d read those first. I leftand went to the other Burger King off OR-62. They had my stuff rang up right in the front, with my gift card, and fresh food.They also had the items at wanted. Read more

Not a Burger King fan and this visit reminded me why, it's dirty and even though there were no other customers my small order... took forever! I came to try their "hand breaded chicken sandwiches", I ordered the original and the spicy. One sandwich cost$5.78, way too much in my opinion. KFC's chicken sandwich costs $3.99 and it's much better! The bun was a little too thick andthe chicken was a little to thin. The pickles were good but they did not give enough even though I requested extra or what theycall "heavy". The mayo/sauce was good. The spicy sandwich was the better of the two, it was in no way spicy but had a goodflavor. No way is this sandwich worth $5.78. I wish I could say that I will never be back but I want to try their ImpossibleWhopper, maybe at another location because this one is really bad. Read more
