The ice cream was great but the service wasn?t worth it. I took my kids there along with my two nieces on the 11th and the lady... that was working there clearly did not want to be there. Her attitude was horrible. She seemed very annoyed when the kids wantedto add a couple things in their ice cream. Mind you, they were obviously trying to be respectful and make it really easy on herseeing that she was not having a good day which is kind of unfortunate for the kids because we went to cold stone for theexperience. If I didn?t want stuff in the ice cream we would have went somewhere else and saved money. The lady straight up justignored my daughter. Honestly, the only reason I tipped was because her coworker helped out. I felt bad for her to, having towork with that all day. Maybe the lady should consider finding a job that doesn?t having anything to do with customer service.Also, I wouldn?t be leaving this review if my children were out of hand. I understand how crazy kids can be but this was not thecase, regardless, it?s part of the job. Read more

Five stars for Gracie and the rest of the team, for being the real MVP here. Gracie made me a delicious smoothie regardless of... the awful blender she was forced to use. The owner needs to get this location better equipment so their employees can be set upfor success. If you offer blended drinks, you should have properly functioning blenders and not leave it to your employees to'make do' with a blender that clearly needs to be replaced. It is NOT their fault if the equipment they're left with doesn'twork. Imagine doing everything in your power to provide good service and being thwarted by things out of your control. I saw toomany employees struggling with the blenders, the freezer door, the ice cream storage lid and other little gadgets that seemed tonot be used for practical reasons but for 'company policy.' A team of about 5 young women were working so hard and diligentlyserving each customer to the best of their abilities. If you come here, expect good ice cream and good service. Do not fault anyof the employees for the bad equipment they have to use. Read more

Haven't been to a Coldstone in a long time. But this was just as delicious as i remembered! The serving could have been slightly... more generous. It was still exactly what i was craving though! Stopped in tonight to get myself a treat after a hard day at work, the line was long and my feet hurt but I decided to ride it... out. I came in to try the boo batter ice cream after seeing it on tiktok. I decided to get an everybody's size to share with myboyfriend at home. The employee helping me did a happy dance when I told him my order. Him, another girl making ice cream, thecustomers behind me and I all had a fun interaction about my order turning our mouths colors and the mix ins I was adding. Itwas a really enjoyable experience. They all seem to enjoy their jobs and they definitely made my night. It was definitely worththe wait in line. I can't wait to go back! Read more
