Worst company I have worked for. From the owner down there is no professionalism. The owner is just in it for the money (go... figure). Doesn?t care about employees. Bakers only get 15 hrs a week and shift leads just a little over. Will overwork you tothe point you don?t get lunches/10?s. I worked 95 hours in a WEEK at one point and it was awful, I wasn?t even supposed to beworking that much. Every store manager to be hired at this store has some sort of mental deficiency. If you care about theworking class you won?t support Crumbl. I for one am I here to see this store close completely, if no change is made. Read more
My granddaughter sent me a box of these. A very special treat. Each cookie was delightful. I warmed them in the microwave and... it was like having a cookie right out of the oven! Yum! Read more
Delicious cookies. Horrible customer service. There was 8 employees working and everyone was going in circles No one said a word... to us and then we ordered. While we waited we were not informed that one of the cookies we ordered would not be done for 30minutes and they were out of it. Definitely needs a better system here. Read more

Came by to get some cookies for the roadtrip to Klamath Falls and couldn?t decide on which ones to get so for one of each and... they were all delicious. But the chocolate mint one was the best followed by the pumpkin and finally the double death bychocolate super yummy. Read more
This store rates at a three. I ordered through the app and had sick infant with me so selected the curb side pick up at 2. By... 2:40pm I walked out with the cookies after having to manage changing and feeding an upset baby who waited too long. I had seenso many customers walk in and out so I figured at any point when there was a downtime it would be bringing me the cookies. Thepoor employee was apologetic yet it sounded like she was a little bit overwhelmed with trying to train whole dealing with somany clients. I wish the experience would have gone better, or at least that she could have comped parts of the order as I didmention how long I?ve been waiting and she did notice how long the ticket had been open for today.
