My favorite Drink Shark ???? Attack Rebel double blended yum
I often stop at store number OR3008, 2809 West Main but today I was treating my entire staff to a morning drink. Employee John... Paul was amazing. The order was for 18 drinks all large and some blended. They completed my order in a timely manner, gotthe order absolutely correct and delivered them to my car. At all times John Paul and the team was positive, professional andworked in sync to get this done while cars were starting to line up. I witnessed 2 team members in line to purchase their owndrinks, park their cars, grab aprons and helped with the rush. They both said "this is my store and they need me". 5 starsfor a great team! I like the coffee but tonight they were closed 1 hour & 45 min early! Google says they aroe open on the map but no one there.... Not the first time it has happened. I work nights and have a busy evening. Should have just made coffee at home. August23rd Edit: August 24th, tried again and closed just stopped by at 8:00 and already closed! You can NEVER GO WRONG with a stop at 'Dutch Brothers'... especially if you're ordering the '9-1-1' (my favorite).
I give five stars cause they are awesome and the coffee is sweet as I like it! But (the picture) when I get a cold brew instead... of a cold pour, I don't drink it... Sometimes I ask them to change it and they are awesome about it... but I can't all the time. Read more
It took over 15 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous. How is it that all other Dutch Bros can get it... done in half that time. As I watched her give the drinks to the car in front of me I kept expecting her to hand them way morethan 3 drinks for all the time it took, and 2 of them were ice teas. Read more
