Dutch Brothers is good stuff. My kids and I enjoy going in for a coffee, tea, or some of those sweeter energy drinks that they... call rebels. The service is usually friendly and good. And we enjoy the fact that they do free drinks for your birthday. Go infor a beverage, and leave with a smile! Read more
We went there as part of a scavenger hunt and they were supposed to give us our next clue when we asked. They said they... definitely don't have it and sent us to the one on Main. They didn't have it either. I had to call and ask the person who set itup and they said it was here. We had to drive back and tell them they were wrong and just wasted our time. This time theyactually looked around and it was where all the important stuff goes up on a board (imagine that). In our clue was a gift cardthat didn't end up covering our drinks, and this DB didn't say "you know what guys, we wasted your time and gas so the extra fewbucks is on us." Any of them in GP would have done that because that is what it's all about. Being respectful, fun and havingexceptional service. This place didn't. They also made one of the drinks wrong. I think GP has more DB spirit. They weren'thorrible, it was just an unpleasant experience that may have been avoided with some simple communication. Read more
