I?ve been driving for several days, moving from Texas to Oregon. I?m on the last stretch and have yet to have a truly satisfying... meal on the road. I?m very satisfied with the Turkey bacon avocado combo I ordered. Simple and delicious. The bread is reallygood too! I am used to bread with a harder crust at sub shops and I enjoyed the soft pillow white hoagie mine came with! Read more

Had an appointment but was too early, saw this place next to Bi-Mart and decided to eat here. We ordered burgers, let me tell... you brought back childhood memories of those old fashioned tasty burgers. The fries were crispy and also good. Stop by thisplace, they also have sandwiches. Great place to eat! Read more

First, and last, time we'll eat at a Heroes American Cafe. The French fries are excellent but nothing else was. The pastrami &... Swiss sandwich was so crammed with extra junk that the pastrami could not be tasted. The Reuben was similar although marginallybetter. The onion rings were strictly run-of-the-mill. The gimmick of the chain is supposedly recognizing American "heroes",primarily military but also fire, police, and seniors, all of whom are supposed to receive a 5% discount. When my receipt showedno discount, I asked the young nose-ringed woman who had rung up the order and received this response, "Well, I didn't see acard", apparently meaning that Vietnam war vets are supposed to carry some sort of military ID 50 years after they've beendischarged. OK, I get it, there are many who would lie about their military service to get what they want. But, "50 years later"means that my wife and I would certain be "senior citizens", which we look, and which could be easily be verified by checking adriver's license. No apology nor discount was forthcoming. Sept. 27, 2022, 4:37 PM, if anybody cares. The cashier certainlydidn't. Read more

Second time coming here. First time years ago my order was missing items. Today I thought I?d give it another chance. This time... I order DoorDash and pick it up myself. First of all the DoorDash photo shows fries with the sandwich. I see that?s an add onbut then why add ketchup to the order for free and tell me you put it in the bag? Secondly this bread is not the herd Ciabattaspoken about in the menu. The avocado was shown as thick slices but what I got was just a little guacamole. After coming backand giving it another chance I can?t say I?m impressed. Read more

This is BY FAR the best burger joint in all of Oregon, maybe even everywhere. From how they buns are toasted, to literally... everything, I?ve never tasted a burger with so much flavor, and excellence, mind you any where I go, I order burgers. This placebeats all places I have ever been to, I?ll be going here everyday. Read more

Service was awesome. Very friendly. Their regular menu is good I wish the meat had more seasoning. I was kind of disappointed... that the Mr. Beast Burger cost more than their regular and it was exactly the same as the regular menu. Other wise it was a goodexperience. Read more

I am so happy to have found this place when we needed a lunch place. They were on Groupon so thought, why not? OMG. Food is... definitely worth the wait. Employees were quick, organized, and super friendly! Because everything is made fresh and to order, there is a little bit of a wait, but like I said, WORTH IT!!! Could barely stop eating to take photos. Read more
