We discovered the Hidden Door today for a nice weekend lunch. The food was very tasty and the chef was amazing. He is very... friendly and provided great customer service. I am deducting stars because of the host/waitress was discombobulated. We waitedway to long for our food and when it did come out she gave it to another customer. Luckily that customer realized the error andhanded us our food. The waitress was handling drinks improperly with her and over the rim along with having her thumb in thewater picture. ewe. Absolutely sensational food and the Baklava will always have a special place in my heart. I want to come back here... Monday-Sunday! I absolutely LOVE this place. It is a hidden gem for sure. The lady who owns it is delightful. She was super sweet and even let... us pick out baklava. The food is fresh and delicious. The worst filafel sandwich I've ever had. Totally bland, no flavor, floppy lettuce with rotting edges. Even the tzatziki sauce... had no flavor! There was a small hair on a pickle slice that I picked out. The watermelon slices were pale with brown slimybits, I sliced off the worst part. And the basket the food was in was soooooo gross, it looked like it had never beencleaned. The salt and pepper at the table were so grimey they looked like they had never been cleaned sa well...So grimey thatthe napkins stuck to the shakers. The water comes out in plastic disposable cups and we both had some mystery something eitheron the rim of the cup or on some ice. Pretty awful all and all. We ate it, but it was baaaaaad.
