The burgers are delicious, the fries are amazing, highly recommend animal style. Drink, I get a 3/4 7up and 1/4 lemonade, it's... perfect. The wait was only about 7 minutes to get our food, and the staff was absolutely amazing and all friendly and happy.The restrooms were clean and no wait. Hubby flew he and I from Gresham to come enjoy a good ol' in n out burger. Was 110% worththe couple hour flight. We will in fact do it again. Keep it up, and don't forget to grab a t shirt if you don't haveone???????? Read more

They were pretty busy and staff was super friendly. Was nice that you could see the employees constructing the burgers and... didn't just smear on spaces sloppily. Food was great and we sat outside with our puppy. Read more
In-N-Out is always super busy, fresh, and delicious. This particular store and visit was extraordinary. The customer service... manager made an announcement greeting everyone and thanking everyone for stopping in. He made a couple jokes which made the roomlaugh and was just so pleasant. Staff were hustling and bustling everywhere and getting things done as efficiently as theypossibly could. The store was kept very clean, tables cleared and wiped down as soon as customers left. I really enjoyed thisvisit and my protein burger, animal style fries, and strawberry milk shake hit the spot perfectly. Thank you In-N-Out team forawesome productivity and friendliness. Read more
Very disappointed with my experience. Customer service was good but the food was a let down. My bottom bun was stale, as well as... my FRIES! The fries had a cardboard texture and were very dry. There are 2 windows at the drive through, making the service faster. Fast and courteous employees. Great InNOut burgers as... always, milkshake was a bit hard to drink, maybe bc the straw was too narrow?. The bathrooms were clean, and the place startedto get crowded around 11:30AM. Dine in and outside seating are available. Chocolate shake, 2 Animal Style Burgers and 3 Cheeseburgers costed about $19. Read more
I've been several fast food places in the last couple of months and I've noticed in many places the customer service is very... poor compared to how it used to be. Employees are less inviting, rush you to order, and don't really care about retainingcustomers. However, here at In- N- Out in medford,OR, even though they are always busy, they always provide good service. Thingslike greeting you when you come in, giving you time to order (it's a simple menu so its not too hard to pick), holding the dooropen for you if they're on their way out, all add up! They were organized, working at a fast pace, but never let up on theircleanliness because the place was still in good shape. Usually there's a line though, a LOT of people come here, especially fordrive through. Read more
