Ordered an ice cream should have gone to DQ it would have been pennies more for better quality. The cone tasted of powered milk... and was grainy. They also do not offer free refills anymore. As a former manager of mcdonalds the people on day shif here are rude and disrespectful what happened to kind customer service... asking "can I get you anything else" is what should be said instead they say "is that it" after everything I order the attitudeis horrible.
