Ordered an ice cream should have gone to DQ it would have been pennies more for better quality. The cone tasted of powered milk... and was grainy. They also do not offer free refills anymore. As a former manager of mcdonalds the people on day shif here are rude and disrespectful what happened to kind customer service... asking "can I get you anything else" is what should be said instead they say "is that it" after everything I order the attitudeis horrible. I genuinely don?t expect much from McDonald?s in general, but this location really struggles extra. The drive thru is double... lanes but for some reason the right lane never moves at pace. It?s not someone taking a long time to order. You just sit at thespeaker while you watch several other cars move through the left side?. But regardless which lane you eventually order in theywill mess up your order. GUARANTEED. The most basic order still comes out wrong. This McDonald's location is an all right place to get a bite to eat. We've been in there several times, and before the... quarantines, the service was great and the food was pretty tasty! Lately it seems like they may have some staffing issues,because they are open odd hours.. They do have a nice setup on their drive-thru, it's like a double lane going in, which helpsto get your food ordered fast. Next time you're in the area, stop in and give them a try! Read more
Several customers, including me and my wife, had wrong orders. The cheeseburgers were lukewarm and the apple pies were stone... cold. The employees were rude. Even drive thru customers had to come in to get their order corrected. Read more
