I don't think anyone should go here. The service was terrible. I went through the drive thru and I had ordered two big macs, I... ordered two plain, but only got one plain, and the other had big mac sauce, pickles and lettuce. I asked them if they could makeme another one then they said for me to pull in the front to wait for them to bring me out another one. I work at a fast foodplace, I understand being busy as hell and having to make another order that was messed up, but that is one of the toppriorities. You need to fix the order while still getting food out to the drive thru. But to have the person who, mind this, you guys messed up their order and make them wait half an hour before you need to remind them about the burger they messed up.They made me wait 15 more minutes and on top of that, they didnt seem to care too much they messed up my order. They only have one good employee so better hope you like breakfast in order to get your food correct. I would give them 0 stars... but that's not an option. Ordered unsweetened Iced Tea, was give sweet twice. Ordered coffee at several times of day and it wasburnt, took forever to get and was acted like I was inconveniencing them by ordering. Bathrooms were terrible when they opened,and you have to get a code to use them. Literally a stack of napkins for toilet paper. And there's ALWAYS the possibility thelobby will just be locked for no apparent reason. Like at 8am when the lobby says it opens at 6. Will NEVER spend anotherdollar at this location. This place is a Joke. Went through the Drive-thru and Everything that we ordered was wrong. No Triple Cheese Burger, No Double... Cheese burger, and No Chicken nuggets when there was Supposed to be a 20 pieces. Went back in for the Nuggets because we noticedthat right off the bat. But didn't realize the rest until we got Home. 10/3/22- drive thru- ordered 3 meals. They were already out of chocolate shakes and Dr. Pepper. But the woman taking the order... didn?t say anything until the entire order was stated. Then after reading back the order, it was correct but the receipt didn?tshow half of the order. Had to go back inside. No one asked if we needed help. I stood at the empty counter for 10 minutesbefore asking an employee to get a manager for me. He stated, ? they?re here, but they?re busy. ? Whoa. I don?t know what thisMcDonald?s are training to employees but it?s not communication. There was more than one manager working. I saw an employee askme what I needed. When I said I needed to talk to the manager, she went up to a lady who actually hid from my view!! Then shewalked to the back of the store. A young male came up to me. They really dropped the ball today all my girlfriend ordered was 2 strawberry pies and a strawberry shake. The shake was good... but the pies were pumpkin so the wrong kind but also hours past the expiration time clearly on the box they say enjoy by 1:31 pmwe went through the drive thru around 6:15 pm. They made everything fresh so it took a bit longer and it was worth the wait. The place was clean and the staff were polite.... Some of the best McDonald's food that I've ever had. Read more
Ordered through the Kiosk, Little confused on how to get the different products for the buy and get one for a dollar. Also add... your toppers. I thought it would have lettuce, it did not. Just ketchup, onions, and 2 pickles. We also had to ask about ashake, they are not listed on the kiosk. They were not busy, so got the order quickly. Have to say the double cheeseburger issmall, wish I got the Big Mac. Guess that's why only some are on special. The chicken sandwich was better. Read more
Waited in the drive thru for an hour for them to give me the wrong order. Never go to this McDonald's ever! I mean unless you... want to wait an hour for them to mess up your order completely. Not one item was right, and half the food was missing! If Icould give a negative score I would! Update: Called them to let them know my order was wrong and got told that if I wanted tocome by and wait another hour then maybe I could get my correct order.
