The waiters were lovely despite being understaffed and having to deal with whoever was in the back SCREAMING at them. Food was... bland. Won't be coming back and hope the waiters find somewhere else to work that isn't abusive like the POS in the back. Read more

Claims to be open until 9. Showed up @ 7:15 & told no more seating. A lot of tables hadn't been cleared. May have good food or... just a dirty restaurant. Read more
I was disappointed with the food which was much too salty and greasy. The service was good, if a bit overwhelmed by the severe... understaffing situation. The restaurant is quite clean, which was a relief. All in all, sort of a 'meh' experience. Read more
Food and prices are great. The customer service is not the best. They are usually pretty busy and still seem to be understaffed.
It says, walking in the door, that they are short staffed but the problem is that the staff they have couldn't care less about... serving you. They move like they are sleep walking, hide mostly in the kitchen and have the work ethic of the typical 20something ????. I was so hoping for some good Chinese food but disappointed. Read more
To start off the atmosphere of it was nice and newer looking Plus staff seemed kind of friendly. But we ordered a family dish... for two and the beef and broccoli had no flavor and the meat was very rubbery Plus the broccoli tasted old like it's been therefor a while and still had no flavor, same thing for the broccoli shrimp we literally had to eat more of the onions in thosedishes to have flavor, the pork fried rice had no flavor and was dry Plus the fried shrimp seemed a little too raw on a few ofthem also Mar far chicken and steamed rice were the only things that had an actual flavor to it. The appetizers that we got theBBQ pork was dry and the texture of it was a very rubbery and difficult to chewed half of it plus the egg flower soup was justnot there. I've definitely had better Chinese food in different states and here in Medford and other parts of Oregon but thisrestaurant I was recommended by more than one person and now I definitely won't take their recommendations after this and stickto other restaurants for now on. I went around 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday I would definitely hate to see you how it is on a slowday or the food quality. Read more
