Ordered ahead of time and arrived 10 min after pick up time. Had to wait another 25 min after arriving. Cashier also filling... orders with no gloves on. Walk in orders being filled while I wait for an order I placed ahead. Every pick up that came in washeld up. I dont understand why pick up orders arent being filled when ordered. Watched them dish up my order after I arrived.Not impressed with this location. Food cold by the time they completed my order. Dinning area was as cold as it was outside. Isit to much to pick up an order as scheduled and it to be hot food. Read more

I?ve always loved panda but had a terrible experience this evening. Was told to pull around to the front to wait for food. Order... was placed at 8:24pm waited till 8:48 and finally walked inside to ask about my food and they said it would be another 2mins forsuper greens. Waited 5 mins more for order got home and found no super greens in one of my orders and all my food was cold?. Read more

Pretty good and usual panda express quality. Only downside is they always seem busy but they are pretty quick about everything... so you are not waiting long. Read more

Long line at the drive thru so we dined in and I was glad we did. Food was really good. Firstly, unlike every other Panda... we've been to they seemed to have everything ready to go. About half the time at other locations you have to wait for Orangechicken (which is worth waiting for by the way) Basically quick, really tasty, friendly staff, spotless location and Alejandrawas remarkably patient with me making her repeat the bathroom code 4 times because I couldn't hear her over a screamingchild. I've never ate there, my family, and friends have. My goodness I had to wait and they have got a great team there. GOOD JOB!

I went through the drive thru on 8/27/22 and I order food and a small root beer. At the window they told me they didn?t have ice... but I told them I would take the drink anyways. About 15 minutes later, after I ate my food and drank 1/3 of my soda, I went toput my drink in the drink hold of my car and the lid popped off and I went to put it back on and noticed bugs floating on top.It wasn?t a few bugs or aunts?. It was A LOT of them! They were all over the cup. I drove back and went inside with my cup toshow them so they wouldn?t serve it to anyone else. They offered me another drink but I told them no and that I would never becoming back. It?s more then disgusting. I hope they didn?t continue serving any soda. Look in your cup before you start drinkingit. No one wants to drink soda INFESTED with bugs. I wish I would have taken a picture but I was so disgusted that I didn?t eventhink of doing that. The food was good, however we had to wait in line for 15 minutes. At the intercom we also had to wait for like 5 minutes... because no one even said anything and then they didn't have like any of their entrees left, they maybe had like two things availso in order to get broccoli beef or Beijing beef, they said well do you want to wait for it to be available? We said how longwill the wait be? They told us about 6-7 minutes , and to pull around to the parking lot so we said okay.. we ended up waitingout there for about 20 minutes( if not longer), in the parking lot- same with about six other cars; it was so full of peoplealso waiting for their food and then when we got home we realized our kid meal was missing the entire entree portion, and allshe had was noodles. So, I don't know.. maybe they're understaffed, but something needs to change; because you shouldn't have towait that long for your food, and then not even get all of it-- especially if this happens almost every time you come there!I've gone there three times now, and this happens every time, as far as how long you have to wait. The employees were alright, however, abrupt and short, they should definitely work on customer service. Like I said though, maybe they're understaffed.. I'mnot sure. I don?t even want to give a star. The worst experience ever! It was like I was in the Twilight Zone! Went through the Drive thru... and was told to drive around and they would bring out my order in 10 minutes. Waited 20 and nobody came out. I went in and askedwhat was going on and they just asked what my order was said sorry for the wait and turned around and I thought they startedpreparing my order that they forgot. I was wrong. They still hadn?t started cooking it! I then asked for my money back and Ozzycould care less! It was so beyond strange and at 9:45 at night he said have a nice day!! I was being totally patient.
