It is much better than it was 10 years ago that's for sure, It was off the dining list for years. Then someone gave us a gift... card and we said why not we'll try it, they definitely have a better me menu. With back a second time the waitress was very niceand was trying her best they just didn't have enough weight staff on the floor to serve everybody. But we had very long wait atthe front door and there is no one in front of us for the host to actually show up and try to sear us in the bar. The diningroom was almost empty it seemed like that was the last resort for him to put us there which I thought was odd. The host was waymore involved with the doordash customers then the actual people walking through the door. Once we got sat down it was a whileuntil we got help but the help was very nice and working very hard. It was a 40 minute wait for our food and when it came out itwas a young teenage girl that didn't know who ordered what and that is a pet peeve if you don't know what my order is don'tbring it to me as my opinion but anyways we had to tell her where the food went and then she asked if we needed anything elseand I said yes I need more salad dressing which said oh of course and promptly walked away and didn't bother coming back. Afterabout 10 minutes our waitress did show up and when I requested what I needed she probably got it she just had too many people todeal with. Now this restaurant is on the iffy list if you know what I mean if you have a lot of time to burn and you want a niceburger it's the place to go they're solids look good too. Read more

This is definitely a two for this particular experience. The air conditioning was out in the section that is basically like a... greenhouse it's all windows. And then neglected to tell us that before seating us. The waitress definitely did not want to be inour area because it was so hot. So on top of roasting to death we also had pretty slow service. I have been here prior and nothad this problem. So I'll give it another try. Read more

Pretty standard red robin experience as far as the food and drink. It was cooked well, arrived hot, and tasted good. As far as... service, the staff was friendly and pleasant. If you're looking for a solid burger you could certainly do worse than here. Read more

Dining in at this location was a great experience! There was a minor hiccup to start as my group had to wait 30 minutes to be... seated. Though there seemed there was ample room for guests in the top and bottom of the restaurant; I am guessing that therewere not enough cooks to supply for all of the patrons. As soon as we were sat down we got to meet our lovely server Lisa. Shewas an amazing server who was lovely to talk to and got everything that we requested in a very timely manner. She really caredfor her section of the restaurant. I ordered the A1 Steak burger and despite concerns about cooking staff the food came outamazing and well made. Overall, amazing staff, thank you so much Lisa, good food, and make sure to make an appointment or atleast call ahead if you can. Read more

Restaurant was nearly empty yet we waited 25 minutes to get a table. Then waited 15 minutes to have our order taken. Watched 3... tables be sat get drinks and have orders taken after we arrived. Yet we still hadn?t had our order taken. The waitress wasamazing working her butt off. No shade for her at all. It looks like they were very understaffed. This happened about 6months ago to us also. Figured 6 months later that would have been fixed. Guess not. After receiving our food. Everything wasburnt. I guess well done burger means burnt. Won?t be sending it back as we waited long enough to eat. Definitely won?t becoming back ever. I would have left a review after we left but their QR code on the receipt didn?t work. Took a half an hour to get out bottomless fries and when they arrived there was 10 fries in the basket. They really advertise... the fries but don't deliver. Waitress was not attentive, never checked on us again after our food was delivered. I ran out ofbeverage, fries and sauce. Hope it gets better. Read more

Dining at this location was the best Red Robin experience I?ve ever had. The quality & presentation of the food was better than... any other location I?ve visited. My waitress, Kinz, was perfectly attentive & accommodating. I couldn?t have asked for a betterexperience! Read more

After being seated for nearly an hour and a half our waiter informs us that he forgot to give our order to the kitchen. He... asks:"do you still want me to put your order in? It'll be another 20 minutes." We say yes we're willing to wait. 20 minuteslater our food comes out and we are again informed my daughter's order is missing, because he forgot to place it with thekitchen, again. We finished our entire dinner with no napkins, utensils and the refills we requested never came. After finishingour dinner we weren't offered boxes and our check wasn't brought out. Finally we requested boxes and the check from the hostesswho was very helpful. Red Robin was once our go to place, dinning there weekly, it saddens me to see how bad it's gotten. Read more
