Felt fine all day, then had food here and now not fine. My last purchase eating anything their cooks make. Their front end staff... was fine, no issues. But when you are part of a team I judge as a whole. All it takes is one bad employee to lose the businessreputation and sales. When it comes to food, you got one shot with me. It's a great place to grab a bite to eat. We showed up right as the place started to get busy and Cherokee was absolutely... slaying at her job! She made sure to greet every customer and got every single task she needed to get done in a super timelymanner. All around her vibe was just amazing and she made sure we were taken care of, and she made sure to interact with mychild who also said she was the nicest person ever! Service and staff continue to go down hill. Is it too much to ask that you get all the food you overpay for? Third time in a row... that we get home with the stapled bag of food, and we have to get back in the car and travel the 18 minutes back to therestaurant to let them know it isn?t all there. Then the staff stare at you like you are lying to them. Then they try to tellyou they can?t make the food and they will give you a piece of pie instead. The staff is fairly new, but as always the food was fantastic, Salmon for me, Steak and eggs for him. Pie to die for, great... selection, have a slice or take the whole thing. Always fresh. Read more

Stopped by for some pie. The pie a la mode was very good. My partner had cherry and I had Dutch apple. A little understaffed... like everywhere these days. We were also there around 8 pm on a Sat. It was clean and the staff was nice. Overall, we enjoyedour experience and will likely be back. Read more
