I tell the barista I'm here to pick up an order and tell them the name on the order and they say ok we are getting that ready... for you now, I'm waiting and waiting for about 15 minutes and they fail to tell me it's ready, IT MAKES ME WONDER HOW LONG HASIT SITTING BEHIND THE COUNTER??? The only reason I ever mark food at Starbucks as not being quality is because they can't even manage to have anything other than... one sugar-free syrup, therefore diabetics or anybody else sugar challenged are pretty much not welcome there. Also their costshave just become unmanageable... Read more

Unfortunately this has been the worst experience I've ever had at a singular starbucks. My brownie had a hair in it, I also... asked for it to be warmed and it was not and our drink was not made how it always is so there was not any whipped cream on thebottom as well as the top how it's supposed to be done. Omg. 108 drgrees outside, my world falling apart, friends turning to foes and loads of weight on my shoulders but this place... right here.... Saved my soul. I had 6 bucks left and I was debating on which drink i should choose and megan really turned myday around with her trauma informed behavior and excellent choice of drink!! Iyla really helped the entire experience with herexceptional customer service and her knowledge of how to make the drink as well. Its a family here and i can feel it in the airand energies thank u management for hiring such a dedicated team I really needed this drink of fresh air. Read more

I want to acknowledge the phone attendant that took my order this morning 7/10 at 7:40, whose sound training showed. It started... by some frustration being in line in the drive-through for much longer than usual. As I was ready to give my order I was askedto wait, which took a long time, and after the car ahead of me moved on, I followed without giving my order. After apologizing,the attendant gave me a reason (?one of our machine is broken, can you believe it??) in a lighthearted tone which immediatelycalmed me down, from being close to irate to becoming totally understanding. A way to handle a difficult situation that shouldfind its way in all good customer service training! Read more
