I got to the store one minute before closing to buy a special gift card and the two people inside would not even talk to me.... They were very rude. Someone could at least come to the door and say ?sorry, but it?s too late?! No one gave me a chance toexplain that this is my 92 yr old mother?s favorite place to get her Vanilla Chai. She wanted to give them her businessdirectly, but now I am so upset that I doubt I will ever go there again!! They have lost more than this sale. They have lost allmy future business as well. I understand ?closing? chores and details. I understand how annoying last minute orders are and howthey mess up your closing schedule, but RUDE is another issue all together! This Starbucks isn't the greatest by any means; the drink I got didn't taste as good as at other Starbucks stands, and the... whipped topping tasted fake. However, it appears that they keep at least good care of their place, and the staff aren't rude.Overall it's an okay place, but far from the best. It's good for a quick drink, but I'd rather spend a little more time drivingto another coffee stand. Read more
It's Starbucks. Consistency matters and they keep it pretty well. Good to have one in this area.
