Mobile order was messed up. Charged me for a six and a twelve inch and gave me two six inch sandwichs. Then one if the... sandwichs was cramed full of paper instead of cheese so not even edible. Then when I called in the employee working said therewas no manager available and refused to do anything. Time to fire a few people. Read more

Be sure to check the price on what you?re charged at the end compared to advertised prices. Employees claim ?oh they must have... gone up.? Without the ability to correct it. Entrapped into paying more than expected Read more

Astounded by the awful customer service! I ordered curbside as I have a toddler and as anyone with children knows getting in and... out of the carseat let alone juggling 4 sandwiches and a toddler is tough on a good day. When I ordered I was told I could payat my car and the sandwiches would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and called to let the store know I wasthere (as the curbside sign says to do) a woman with a latin accent answered the phone and said she'd just gotten the order andwould be out soon. Another 15 minutes goes by and I call back to check on my sandwiches and was told (by the same woman) I nowhad to come in and pay for my sandwiches and get them myself. I explained my situation, the reson for my curbside order and notbeing able to come in but the woman told me they had a lot of orders and another woman in the backround (the original woman whotook my order) says, "believe it or not" with an attitude like me ordering sandwiches was such an inconvenience - literally thereason for her job. I understand it's hard to find employeess after the pandemic but hiring people who truly don't care aboutcustomer service or how they represent their employer is just as bad as not having employees. I will not be returning to thisestablishment. I told them to cancel my order and that I'd leave a review. 30 minutes of my time wasted, your employees time andall of those ingredients they now have to throw out. Rediculous. Read more

Came in yesterday for a couple sandwiches and the old woman working there( manager maybe? ) made comments about political masks... showing her morals in a supposed to be neutral environment. All the sandwiches I?ve had recently I?ve felt gross eating becauseeveryone has been touching their faces and masks, sometimes hair, and then touching sandwiches, but I am on call and I have toeat. My friend and I also have had multiple issues with the employees and their customer service skills. Not helpful, greeting,and very very opinionated. Read more

I went in yesterday around 8:30 and Julian was working. He was great! I?m pregnant and have to be careful with meat, has to be... heated up all the way, and he gave me no hassle or attitude about it. We had three sandwiches to go and all were very different.He was quick and efficient and very capable at his job. He got a good tip!! Overall, the best subway experience I?ve had in awhile and the sandwiches were perfect. Thanks Julian! Your professionalism didn?t go unnoticed or unappreciated. Read more
