This Taco Bell is very competitive against other Taco Bells and often ranks #1 against countless other stores in the state...... meaning even if they've got a line, you will get your food in a reasonable amount of time. And it will be hot. As a Doordashdriver I've been absolutely stunned at their consistency and performance on many, many occasions. Even as their employeeschange, the performance remains. And in the last year I've only seen them close early one time, whereas all the other storeshave problems with running out of meat, and closing early due to staffing issues. Taco Bell is what it is, but in the last ten years this particular one has been amazingly consistent, well-run and never a... disappointment. I don't know how, but they never botched one on me yet and a very quick, even when the staff was down to just 2of them.Kudos! Read more
Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes today 5 cars in front of us when we pulled in, the waiting isn?t the problem it?s the... customer service and ability to complete a simple task. Finally got to the ordering intercom had to repeat myself 5-8x shestill couldn?t get the 2 items correct, there was a line 15 cars long behind me, the man in front us was clearly frustrated aswell after sitting there at the order window (no one in front of him) for 15 minutes. After continuously trying to relay/correctmy order, I asked her if she could stop and listen and she told me to get the HELL out of her drive through! With pleasure! Iwon?t be back! I get that everyone is under staffed. But wow, I?ve worked customer service. If you can?t focus and take down anorder, and multitasking is clearly a challenge for you, just finish what you're doing, I can wait that is NOT a problem. No onewants to repeatedly repeat themselves or have to continuously correct you because you lack the basic capabilities of taking downan order. Even the manager was a joke. She said ?Well we are short staffed if you?d like to apply for a job?? I must havemissed the memo where we are aloud to completely disrespectful to customers. I get hostile customers, worse than I have EVERbeen (this is my FIRST bad review) but I have never been aloud to behave the way she behaved in a workplace. Management isclearly doing a great job here! I ordered a #2 with a Pepsi, side order of nacho fries.
