Absolutely terrible service. System was down. No potatoes in the restaurant. They didn?t call out my order after taking it and... having me pay so I don?t understand how I paid if the system is down and why they just decided not to start my order. I had towait 30 minutes in the restaurant before complaining and then my order was started after then. Hands down the worst service I?veever had. Read more
Please do not eat here, or at least at your own risk. I went through drive thru, Friday and order some tacos after coming home I... noticed in one of the tacos was the tip of finger from a glove absolutely disgusted I called back and explained and they said tobring it back and they will remake it, well I come back through the drive thru and tell the speaker ?I?m here because my orderhad a glove in it? and I hear snickering when I get up to the front the larger lady already has an attitude and is half smilingand they never apologized to me. I?m so disgusted by there staff they?re immature and rude. They ruin that taco bell, most ofthem are very clearly not very sanitary themselves and looks barley showered, I?d go anywhere else than this taco bell. Employees were freindly, location isn't awful, but my Mexican pizzas were made with little to know quality which was pretty... disappointing considering that's the only reason I went. Contacted taco Bell's corporate about it still haven't heard anything.Dissatisfied to say the least. Read more
I wouldn't even give it 1 star. We went in there tonight and not one single table was clean I had to ask for a bleach towel to... clean my own tabels. there was soda cups spilled and left (which my child fell in) on the floor. and then when we ordered ourfood which was close to 70 dollars for a family of 9, every single burrito was a bean and cheese burrito which is not what weordered. Took them an hour to get the food out and it wasn't even right. I called the complaint line and keep getting hung upon. Terrible terrible service and food. Definitely not clean at all! The Taco Bell located here is okay. It's a little weird to turn into off of Jackson street. But once you get there the food is... okay. However I do encourage you keep an eye on your surroundings, and probably your vehicle too. Not the best location, if youknow what I mean.. Probably best for a drive-through visit! Read more
Samantha, the Assistant Manager on duty was a breath of fresh air. She was very personable, and polite. Although the restaurant... had sold out of the Nacho Fries, Samantha offered a substitution so smoothly and kindly, I wasn't even disappointed. I hope thatshe is in line for consideration of more than Assistant Manager. My experience with this restaurant has went from 2 stars, to asolid 5. Great Job Samantha. Read more
I don?t usually leave reviews. And Taco Bell obviously isn?t a five star establishment or anything Lol. But today I took my kids... through the drive-through and while I was only the third car in the drive-through line, it took nearly 30 minutes to get throughthe line and, even after the 30 minute drive-through wait they had still managed to forget a couple of items and the person atthe window had a bad attitude lol. I feel like one of those things, long wait or forgetting items or poor customer service. Butnot all three at the same time. Read more
