This is a hit or miss spot. It depends on the day and the time you come. The staff can either be friendly or not even talk to... you and the order can either be spot on, fresh and really good or messed up or missing things. This Taco Bell has extra good food and quick service! It is right near the Fred Meyer gas station so it would be an excellent... dual stop for someone who needed gas. Right off the North Medford exit is a fairly easy in and out. I go here often and enjoythe food a lot. Read more

Horrible business model. Was shorted an item a few days ago worth about $5, still kept my receipt at that. I went back ordered... dinner for my wife and I again, roughly around $25, asked for the $5 item to be discounted. The MGR on duty refused to do so,"we only fix mistakes if you call the same day, so pay for your order or leave". So your policy would be to lose a $25 saleover a $5 discount over something that you messed up in the 1st place. Makes a lot of sense! I used to get lunch here at least1-2 times a week. I won't be coming back ever again. Lose all those sales over a $5 dollar item, great business modelfranchisee. Good luck! Keep pushing your good customers away, you'll make lots of profit that way! The good: they kept the restaurant open with minimal staff. The bad: the drive through had a very long line, and I was pulling a... trailer, so I parked and tried to order inside, but the registers and kiosks were closed (and the doors were locked, but I gotinside by knocking and getting a door dasher to let me in). The only way to order was via an app or the drive through. So I gotback in the drive-thru line and tried to order for pick up using the DoorDash app, but it was broken (no menu items appeared) soI had to download and install the Taco Bell app, which I very much did NOT want to do. I created my Taco Bell account andordered my items and then gladly got back out of the drive through line, as only one car had been serviced during this time!Getting back into the store a second time was harder, but again I managed to get the attention of a delivery person. Managementresponded to this by twice sending employees out to verify that the doors were locked. I did get my order, but it was missingthe added guac / avacado, but I had no time to bother and just ate my food as it came. While I'm glad that they managed to keepthe store operational, the staffing issue is indicative of a management problem that should be addressed. Read more
