I had a to go order but one menu was missing. After i noticed that the menu is missed, directly called to the restaurant. They... asked me to come again and grab for it, but i was already far from there. Then the manager told that he will have it refunded(by modifying card transaction) but i didn't get refund, but the transaction with tip had proceed. I am really uncomforable thishappen and about their action. When are you going to refund for my 'missing onion blossom'? Read more
Absolutely amazing service! Went in with a party of 7 at 6pm. There was no wait to be seated even though the place was packed!... All our meals were cooked to perfection. Steaks cooked perfectly, and I am super picky about how my stake is cooked. Great placefor a well seasoned steak. Wife and mother-in-law had the shrimp and they both said it was really good. EVERY SINGLE WAITRESS THERE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! Y'all really should just start from scratch again... Teach those ladies how to... be polite and prompt with the customers instead of focusing on who did what to who the night before, or complaining aboutprevious customers in a vulgar loud manner. So loud as a matter of fact I could hear it 10 feet away. Bright side the food wasgood and the cooks are obviously hard working people who appreciate having a place to work.... I understand " it is never ourintention to let our customers down" ????... But insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting differentresults!! Been a while since we've been to a Texas Roadhouse as we don't have one local to us. Joined the wait list before heading to the... restaurant, so we didn't have a long wait once there. It did seem to take a while for our orders to arrive though. Food wasgood. We had the cactus blossom (bloomin' onion ripoff) for appetizer. I had the road kill and my wife had a steak salad. Myonly complaint is on the side of vegetables as the carrots were not very cooked, however the broccoli was perfect. My wife'scomplaint was that the steak was cooked too much and didn't have enough pink. Serving size was good and she was unable to finishthe salad. Read more
Great food. Great service, Kimberly. This was our first time at a Texas Roadhouse. Waite was 25 min. Once seated we were in and... out of there in a hour. (deserts to go). 2 meals, 2 deserts, 1 soda, 1 adult drink just under $60 not including tip. Our onlycomplaint is that it's really loud so you can't hear your companion without straining. Read more
We love Texas Roadhouse, usually it?s our favorite Ribeye anywhere!!! Tonight it was not good at all?. The steak was tough and... not tender at all. The mashed potatoes had huge chunks in them. We shared with the waitress and she said she would get hermanager to come talk to us and then she came back and said the manager told her that ribeye is not a very tender steak?. Huh???Usually it is melt in your mounts tender. then finally the manager did come to talk to us and he didn?t have any answers aresolutions it was very odd! Very disappointed?. Good vibe, we enjoyed our food but it took an hour for our food to arrive after we ordered. The onion bloom was better than... Outback Steakhouse's, they also serve you bread when you arrive with a sweet butter and you can take peanuts to go. Read more
Loved the vibe of the restaurant. The dinner rolls were just as amazing as all the tiktokers said lol. The restaurant isn?t... going for a high end steakhouse so the steak themselves aren?t the best out there but for the price point, it was amazing. I gotthe 12 oz ribeye with fries and green beans. It was cooked exactly how I wanted. The green beans had bacon bits in it andmushroom flavor - tasty but a bit soggy. We also got the blossom onion and two margaritas with an additional shot in one ofthem. The portion size for everything felt very ?Texas?. The total was about $65 for everything we ordered.
