Great coffee but the girls in the am are not to friendly.
This was the first Human Bean location I visited. It happened when I took a middle of the night, 5 hour spontaneous roadtrip... North and ended up in Oregon. What a great discovery, this simple yet cute coffee kiosk was and thank goodness there arelocations in several different cities in Oregon and in the Northern parts of California, beyond the Bay Area. The customerservice is always met with a smile! :) Each time I have a chance to visit a city in Oregon, this little coffee place is on theagenda. Although there was a very long line when I got there, one lane was being used for their delivery, the staff got everyone moving... quickly and smoothly and my coffee was just how I like it (half sweet).I love this place it's my favorite coffee stand by far?? Read more
New cup trays are cheap and weak. Had a completely full tray handed to me with 4 drinks and it ripped apart and drinks spilled... all over my van. The barista handed me a couple napkins. No replacement drinks no sincere apology. According to my coworkersthis is also happened to them with the new weak trays. The drinks are subpar, coffee is sometimes burnt. They are not helpful inmaking a drink selection as they tend to say, let me know when your ready. The pretty girls are always chatty with men takingthere time. There?s a long slow moving line most days. This is the worst Human bean in the valley! Read more
Coffee is always quick and right, but some of the younger girls come off really unpleasant. I don't expect them to be bubbly,... but atleast be polite. Aside from that, I really enjoy their coffee and the older batistas. Read more
Great drinks. Staff is friendly but they do have a long line of cars most days so prepare yourself for a bit of a wait.
Not a big fan of this specific location ordered a pumpkin blended drink and they didn't blend the drink. The company handled it... well though so I won't be returning to this specific stand, but I don't think you have to worry about a bad drink anytime soon! Read more
