The coffee and the mocha are fantastic and so are the smoothies
Had to wait 10 minutes Because the staff acts like they are in school. One girl jumps out of her car jumps into the white truck... the girl sticks her head out looks at us starts talking continues talking she had long blonde hair skinny light blue shirt.Gives them their drinks girl continues talking the other girl jumps out. The girl walked to the back and did not help us. Didnot leave a tip. All because that girl who jumped in truck did not want to wait in line. Read more

The Human Bean coffee at this location is really good. We have been there lots of times, and enjoy it very much. The employees... are friendly, and very obliging. The drinks are very tasty, and reasonably priced. Next time you're in South Medford, swing byand get your coffee on! Read more
Wasn't impressed, I was excited to try the special, a blackberry lemonade smoothie.. when I got my drink it didn't have any... creaminess that I'm used to getting with HB smoothies. It was like ice blended with syrup. Got a 32 oz, wound up spending morethan what a regular 32oz smoothie costs ($5.50 on the menu, was charged $6.50)... Also, probably my fault, but I thought I had a$2 off reward on the app and it didn't go thru. Read more
Human Bean A small, square unassuming building in an empty parking lot, that?s what Human Bean looks like. The coffee is... wonderful - I love it (Snowy Mocha is my favorite.) And you can pick a specific temperature like at Starbucks, which I like.There?s a basket at the window filled with pastries and cakes; just take the ones you want. Easy. But what sets Human Bean apartfor me, and keeps me coming back, is how giddily friendly their people are! Chatty, helpful. And if I go to one shop two days ina row chances are they?ll remember me - and these are busy places! Whatever magic dust they give their employees works. I?mhooked. Read more
