Was looking for a good bowl of soup and found this little gem next to the Asian market in Medford. They did not disappoint. My... katsu soup was delicious. The fatty pork was melt in your mouth tender. It is a small space with about 10 tables. Drop in ifyou are looking for good soup. There are other things on the menu but I haven't tried any yet. Absolutely beautiful little restaurant and food was way better then I expected for in that lot. Will be back to try more sushi... and ramen options. Definitely great prices also is cheaper than most sushi restaurants around town! Read more

It?s hard to find spicy food in the area that is actually spicy, so we were pleasantly surprised by the kick that the red miso... ramen offered. I found the flavor of the tonkotsu ramen was overwhelming before I was halfway through. However, we didn?t feelthat way about the miso ramen. The sushi was fresh, and the staff was friendly. The appetizer came after our ramen did, whichwas a bit odd, but not a big deal. Four stars because we?ve had better ramen elsewhere, and the service could?ve been moreattentive. Having said that, we would definitely return in the future for sushi and poke bowls. Read more
Food was excellent. Small cozy restaurant, even so They should have more cooks as the food was a little slow coming out.... Otherwise excellent food. Would go again if I pass through town again. Read more
Loved this restaurant, the staff was super friendly, attentive and the sushi was amazing! Definitely have to come back and try... the ramen, the sushi is so filling. The hot zombie roll is huge and I highly recommend it. Perfect to dine in and fast for takeout. Read more
Excellent customer service! I originally ordered the udon soup (never had it before) so I wasn?t sure what it was suppose to... taste like but to me it was were salty. I let them know and they didn?t fuss at all and let me order something else. Got thevegetarian miso Ramen and it was excellent. Lots of good flavor, toppings tasted fresh and noodles were well done. We love Tosu it?s our favorite restaurant in Medford, coming from Hawaii I know what good fish is and this place has got it!... Some of my favorite things to get here are the Red cherry roll, California roll, Tuna roll, The Alaskan, Tonkatsu ramen withblack garlic oil, O.M.G roll and they have excellent priced sushi great for a family or a date.
