Wow. If I could give it zero stars I would. I went through the drive-through this afternoon and got a baked potato and four... cookies. Not a single bite was ediblle, except for the sour cream in the sour cream packet. The cookies were extremely burntand smelled like pure carbon. I've been disappointed that their dining room is closed most Sundays, but the drive through is still open. We heard they added a... strawberry frosty, and we tried it out and found out that they don't have vanilla anymore which was very sad for my sister. I went there today have not beed there since the pandemic. Of course could not go in. Waited in line about 20 minutes. You would... think the food would have been hot because they were busy. You would think they were cooking every thing would be fresh. Wellnone of that happened. My food was ice cold and terrible. I tried to get into the door so I could complain but they were locked.So I got back in the drive up line. Told them the food was to cold to even eat. They made it over and it was just as bad. This Wendy's restaurant location in Medford on Biddle road is an okay place to get some food and a drink. You got to love... Wendy's menu, it is interesting and diverse. This particular restaurant is just okay. The employees there are fairly competent,and the facilities are somewhat clean. There's definitely better places around to eat, but when you got a few bucks and you wantthat chocolate Frosty, stop on by! Read more
Can't serve a warm burger unless asked too, then it's still possibility that it won't be warm. I had to have my bourbon burger... remade twice and even the 3rd one was cold. Not sure why it was so hard for them to serve me a warm burger.. got a refund. Won'tbe returning. Read more
