Place really went downhill. Front door is falling off the hinges (literally), seats are ripped and duck taped, no lemon slices,... the chips tasted like they were a week old and the fajita was burning in the skillet. So disappointing. Read more
I have been here a couple of times in the past, but this time I decided to write an over all review. I JUST GRADUATED TODAY AND... WANTED TO TAKE MYSELF OUT FOR A CELEBRATION! SERVICE: 2.5/5 The female waitress ALWAYS does an amazing job. She’s veryfriendly and always has a smile on her face. There is also another gentleman waiter that always comes to the table with a hugesmile on his face. With that being said, I think there is one waiter that is lacking both customer service skills and a smile. Ialways feel uncared for as a customer when I am sat in his section. Sadly, this time around I was. He never said hi orintroduced himself. He just walked to the side of the table and stared at me until I gave him my order. Tried asking him to fixmy order and he just walked away. The bus boy does a better job. This server didn’t say more than three words to me this timearound. FOOD: 3.5/5 Inconsistency with the chips. Sometimes they are raw. I normally order a fajita (which they do a great jobat) but this time I got the steak quesadilla with added chorizo. I have been waiting for 27 minutes andI have not seen theserver since. At the 32 minute mark they arrive with my food. They ended up forgetting my mushrooms inside. Rice and cheesesauce was room temp at best. Steak and chorizo were very flavorful and cooked nicely. Guacamole tasted fresh~~~pico doesnot. Over all it’s got areas that defiantly need improvement BUT it ALL depends who your waiter is. Read more
It's an OK place, not a 5 star restaurant. Wait staff was pleasant but since I was not bilingual, we had a bit of a... communication gap. Food was prepared well and served hot. Read more
