This place is the worst restaurant I?ve ever been to. The staff never have anything stocked , always out of chicken. The... employees always seem higher than kite?s. Very poor quality. Will never go to this restaurant again. I wouldn?t recommend thisplace to anyone. Read more
A short staffed, overwhelmed crew suffering computer problems, Mrs. Angry here, Mr. Grumpy there and KFC/ TB gave textbook... customer service eventhough I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a bucket of chicken. Filthy, rude and not very intelligent. They never get your order right and you rarely can get a bucket of chicken because they... are out. I eat at other kfc locations which causes me to sometimes forget how terrible this one is. Read more
Jared. The General Manager is amazing. Very Polite and great at deligating. My children and I had one of the best fast food... experiences thanks to him and his team. This place is way better now. We will definitely be coming back more often. Thank youteam. The General manager came in the lobby and socialized with every customer to make sure everything was okay with their mealsand service. Right this very minute I only give it this star because the man taking the order and money was awesome. Beyond that I am... appalled at the food service. Me and my 2 passengers went thru the Drive thru. The order was taken very pleasantly and thecashier was very friendly. We were asked to pull ahead because the chicken tenders would take 4 mins. No problem we pulled up.Little did we know at first, the employee outside talking to the people in the car in front of us, was the person cooking andputting the food together. I bet he was out there for 10 mins talking. THEN... He finally went in, I went in to add to ourorder. I saw there were only 3 people working the whole store AND the cook was outside for that long?!? It was not a break. Hewas just B.Sing. Then when he went in I could see both cheeks of his grey underware between his belt and his shirt. And if thatwasn't enough.... I watched him spill some of the Mac and cheese on the counter, lower the bowl below the counter, and use thescoop to slide the Mac and cheese off of the counter and into the bowl!!! Then put it in MY bag of food. And he looked me in theeye while doing it. I don't know any of the 3 employees that were working, and I work retail myself so I understand being shortstaffed, but this mans behavior was unacceptable in my opinion. In the past 6 months we have been really dissatisfied with the food, service, and the lack of cleaning. Our time there today... was totally different!!! We were well pleased with everything!! The guy working the drive through was fantastic. That is where the great experience stopped. Must be a tortilla shortage...20... minute wait to get a bowl of potatoes, cheese sauce and sour cream for the "spicy potato soft taco". Not sure what the waterysubstance on the outside of the beefy 5 layer burrito was either so that was trashed. Read more
