Just tried the new steak and cheese melt, took them about 10 minutes to take my order then it took another 5 minutes for the guy... with the knife to cut the sandwich and put it into the bag for the press, half of the subs contents were spilled in the bag. Read more

What can I say. Love the $5.00 dollar subs and your choosing the toppings. This subway was very clean. The bathroom was a 8 out... of ten. Nothing earth shattering.Brought it to the attention of staff and they took care of it right there and then. The staffand manager were very helpful and friendly. Itwas a joy to go to this location. Almost all Subway restaurants are well stocked usually and have decent restrooms. There are more and more lines most recently... and only 1 or 2 people behind registers. Waiting... Might as well look around some more. Some friendly staff are usuallyhelpful. Some others don't greet at all. Wow. Various good value and definitely convenient everywhere you go. There was nothing to like about it. There was 2 guys working 1 was I think trying to be nice and the bigger guy was just rude.... Even the customer behind us had a shocked look at his face. I called and talked to the manager and wow again shocked all I gotwas well I will talk to the employee so you don't have to. What the hey is that about. When kids can notice how rude he was andother customers as well and I basicly get the blow off from the manager its very sad. FB even hasalot of people complainingabout the customer service and nothing is being done. I didn't even get sorry for the inconvenience. Not recommend to visithere. Read more
