Absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Period. Everyone has their guilty pleasure fast food. Mine is Taco Bell. I know Taco... Bell. So be damned if I didn't know good Taco Bell from bad. This place is trash wrapped in garbage. I first came to this areain 2016. Among the first places I visited was my guilty pleasure Taco Bell. First time here at Medford Taco Bell. They whiffedmy order. Long story short it hasn't changed. Got a Mexican pizza the other day. Might as well have been a Mexican pizza salad.Tossed and burnt. Place is great, any time there's some sort of issue or want they go out of their way to make it up to you

The staff is wonderful and the food was hot and fast. We love coming here when we are in Medford for the day!
I went in two weeks ago and spent over 60 which ain't hard . BUT that wasn't the bad part I got wrong order for all three meals... I ordered the whole staff team I personally think smoked a lil ganja before the dinner rush. Eyes were all bloodshot. And allthe customers were coming back thru lines to get the correct order. This place needs a New General manager very disappointed I'mnever going back. Read more
Awful service. The person taking our order via drive thru was extremely rude, accused us of having an attitude when we were... trying to kindly explain to him that the order was incorrect, and not just slightly incorrect, we got mashed potatoes when weordered chicken. The drive thru person then ditched us to deal with other employees. We finally asked for a refund because weweren?t going to deal with food that could potentially have spit in it. However, the woman dealing with the refund had NO ideahow to do it. Never again. Read more
One of the best Taco Bell experiences I've ever had. Great Bean Burritos; it was as if the preparer was making it for herself.... And the counter experience was amazing; the guy manning the registers was fantastic. I hope to see him in corporate trainingvideos one day. The worst place I've ever been. I'd suggest going anywhere else than here. Who ever is the manager is here needs to be retrained... on manners. Feel sorry for the poor kids working here. Zero stars are more appropriate. Read more
