Preferential amounts for preferential skin tones. Wondered why my bowl was abnormally low on rice, beans, etc except for the... cheese and queso I asked for "extra" of. Than I sat at a table an realized, all the "similar shades" were getting low gradeportions while other shades were getting higher or normal amounts. Not visiting this place again and denounce the franchisebased on discrimination after 10mins of viewing. Read more

we stopped in as a last minute decision and was treated to show of dirty counters, ingredients slopped together, a burrito... being made after the guy ripped the tortilla trying to roll it. we ordered queso and he slopped it into the container and gotcheese everywhere but the bowl. the girl at checkout was about to load it in a bag for me and i had to ask her to wipe it off.she was not happy about it. the counter was filthy and i cannot believe we didn?t just walk out. this was such adisgusting experience we will never go there again and neither should you. i know hiring is tough right now but you have thesefolks running your business like it?s an abandoned soup kitchen. you should be embarrassed. no wonder the place was empty. thatshould?ve been our first clue. what happens to you and your brand chipotle ? Put a sign on the door saying online orders only not letting customers inside. Whats the justification for that? I prefer not to... order online because you get shorted on food every time you do if they can even make the order right. Read more

Yesterday, my husband and I went for a quick lunch at the Chipotle in Media. We realized service was not going really well due... to staff shortage and some technical issues. We were, however, impressed with how the manager handled the situation. She wascreative - writing orders on paper - while also supervising the few staff and making sure that customers received their ordersand the service to their liking. We did not get her name, but definitely KUDOS TO THE MANAGER who took our order on 9/6/2022around 2:15 Pm in Media. Read more

Never witnessed such incompetence. Paid $15 for a burrito thats smaller than my fist, and the sour cream lid wasn?t even sealed... properly before being placed in the bag. This place is hit or miss depending on who?s working the shift when you order, but Ilikely won?t be returning to this location again. Read more

Staff is horrible. Unprofessional. The food was not fresh. The sour cream was room temperature, it was poured like water onto my... bowl. I don't think the sour cream is suppose to do that. Waited 30 minutes for my online order that was placed 40 minutesbefore I arrived to the store. After eating the bowl, I felt sick to my stomach. I will not being eating at the Chipotle in it'scurrent capacity. Read more

Chipotle in general has been a staple for us for 10 years or more now. This particular location has gone downhill dramatically.... The customer service is lacking most of the time, and only due to the fact that these people seem to be overworked andunderappreciated. I very rarely see a manager here helping out or doing their part to ensure quality food and service. Theportions have gotten very stingy while the prices have gone up. I can surmise that they are trying to make what they haveprepped last longer. They also always seem to be running out of things. I get that some of that is still supply chaindisruptions, but a lot of it is lack of adequate staff. In the beforentine you would have at least two people building and oneringing up. Now it's just one building the food. This puts so much pressure on that one person. I order ahead almost all ofthe time. And by the way, way more people need to so this. There is no reason to put more pressure on these folks. Gettingback to my larger point, I think that if management was more present they could jump in and help out when needed and play moreof a conductor role and keep all of the trains moving. You can just see on the faces of these people how beat down they are. That translates into quality issues. Read more

Service is terrible. They were out of my favorite fountain drink and was told that I had to wait until other food was done. The... servers are rude. Fortunately one of the kitchen employees overheard my conversation with the server and refilled thedispenser. Moreover, our tacos were meagerly filled. I guess if you don't want your taco stuffed with rice and beans, expect toget just a few pieces of chicken or steak. For the most part the employees stand around and talk to each other while therestaurant's floors, counters, and tables need to be cleaned. Very disappointed with this place. Read more
