Came in with some friends on a slow hour; we were the only people dining in. Our server was... despondent. She got everything... right but she was as cheerful and enthusiastic as putting down your dog. We ordered two Traditional Roman Red pizzas. Ourwaitress sat in a table two over from us and watched some terrible early 2000s comedy movie on the wall-mounted TV. The foodcame out in a respectable amount of time. I had never had a sauce-on-top pizza before so I didn't know what to expect. Icertainly didn't expect to taste the actual best pizza I had ever eaten. The dough was crisp and light while still having asatisfying chew on the inside. The cheese was melted in a perfect layer underneath the sauce, almost blending with the dough inthe way a fancy stuffed crust can, and this sauce on top was by far the star of the show. It was rich, bright, savoury, anddelicately sweet all at once. It was puréed in such a way where it managed to keep some chunky form and body while still beingvelvety smooth. That being said, the pizza is literally the only thing I can vouch for. I weight the food a lot more heavilythan service, atmosphere, or wait time, so keep this in mind. As we left I told our checked-out waitress that "seriously, thisis the best pizza I've had in my life." She stared back at me expressionless. It was such an alien moment to me that I don'tremember if she even said anything back, but if she did, it was to the effect of "...okay." I suggest getting it as takeout. Read more
Good people all the time working, straight forward delicious and intricate pizza, perhaps a wee bit small for the price but made... with love and care, but Christ the Sicilian wings are the greatest thing since yoga trousers! You have to have to give them atry, they're ace!!! Read more

First time ordering from this place, I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was excellent, traditional Roma (cheese on... the bottom, sauce on top). We also ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad, Buffalo Cauliflower, Prime Rib Egg Rolls, and BuffaloWings. Everyone was please with the food they ordered. The chicken for salads was crispy and well seasoned, the lettuce wasfresh and crisp. The Buffalo wings were not spicy, I actually think the gave us the wrong wings but my daughter liked them. If Iwould offer a critique it would be the Cauliflower batter was a bit thick, and ensure you check your order before leaving. Iwill try them again. We were in media getting some paperwork taken care of at the courthouse and decided to try someplace new before heading home. ... Went into google maps to explore the local restaurants and saw a picture or a rectangular pizza with the cheese on the bottomand the sauce on top. We had lunch at Lariele today and absolutely loved it! We had fresh brewed iced tea, Sicilian style wings and the traditional... Roman red pizza. The wings are the best in town- tender, saucy and garlicky with a delicious green sauce on the side whichseemed to be a zesty pesto. The pizza was perfectly cooked and had a light, crunchy crust and a tangy tomato sauce. Price wasreasonable. Our server was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. We ate here pre-pandemic many times and were neverdisappointed! As for the some of the negative reviews below, please understand that Lariele like many restaurants struggles withpandemic-related staffing and inflationary issues beyond their control.
