When their system showed an old address of ours and delivers it there despite the fact that our current address is on the grub... hub profile. When the order is wrong (there was supposed to be a large cheese). When my partner calls to follow up, the ownersays it?s grubhub?s problem and hangs up on her. We used to order here all the time but the quality of their food has gone down since last year. When my pregnant wife called to... complain about what she ordered online, she was yelled at and told she?d have to pay for a NEW salad (even though she didn?tmake the mistake). Fast delivery. The pizza I ordered was very cheesy which I liked. Ordered chicken wings also with a side of celery and ranch... dressing. Only received 2 2-inch pieces of celery for 10 wings. Horrible experience! My daughter ordered the grilled cheese sandwich and added onion rings for an additional $4.50. They gave... us 6 tiny wrinkly overcooked rings! I called to discuss this with the manager. He cursed at me and hung up on me rather thanrationally discuss the issue. The rest of the food was subpar as well.
