I went here tonight and I knew I should have turned around and left from the moment I walked in. It smelled like a dirty... dishrag. The place was filthy, trash all over the floor, not a single table clean. The fabric of the backrest for the booth haddried food spilled on it as if it?s been awhile since this place has actually been cleaned. There was a staff member when we gotthere in one tiny area sweeping the rug for about 10 minutes and then she stopped, maybe to do something else but not to returnagain to finish. There was some type of stick or root of some sort in the middle of my chicken sandwich. Lost my appetite andleft. Maybe they are short staffed or maybe management needs better training, but either way, I won?t be back there again forawhile. Read more
Order taker and trainer did not know menu, could not explain menu options, spoke in hushed tone and did not answer our questions... clearly, placed wrong order, when questioned why my Mediterranean Chicken Bowl did not have Chicken, she said that is what youordered, and did not try to correct. Unpleasant experience. Staff at counter, sweeping the floor, and at pick-up were notfriendly and set a bad tone and atmosphere. Will not return. Needs some Leadership! Read more
Every time we door dash it is missing an item. Usually the grilled cheese. Our driver Chad from delaware said not my problem. I... don?t look st your food. The media location does Not pick up the phone for Manager or take out. Terrible service. Read more
The lettuce in the salad was old, the avocado was smashed. It just looked old & not freshly made. I didn?t even eat it but my... husband did eat some. He ordered it there & brought home. The sandwich was good but runny. Very disappointed. It looked nothinglike the picture. Read more

Food has gone down hill and they can?t seem to get the orders right. Order a whole sandwich and get a half then they try to... argue with you that you ate half even though they just handed it to you. So disappointing will not be going back to waste mymoney anymore. Read more
My favorite Panera location I've visited in my life. This location's interior is absolutely beautiful. I also love the digital... display to easily track the status of your order. Please retrofit all Panera locations to be like it! It's amazing. Read more
I don't normally have issues here but this visit wasn't the best. Many tables were dirty, employees were chatting in the back. ... Seats ripped. Requested soup with no seeds, came with seeds. Order was provided as "take out". When I mention this was foreating in. The employee looked at the receipt and said, "no it says to go. Its for here, can I have 2 plates"? They werefinally provided.
