Complete incompetence. Missed half the items on our order. Noticed the receipt had 2 of our cheese burgers listed as ?only... ketchup? even though we never specified that. I pointed it out and was told it would be fixed. Got our burgers, sure enough,only ketchup, no cheese. And they weren?t even a full patty- 2 chunks of meat on a bun with ketchup. Forgot 2 drinks and 2fries. I rarely leave reviews, but this was outstandingly bad and serves as a warning to other potential customers. Read more
I never eat Wendy's pretty much ever. I live in this town and it was late (literally 10 min ago, its now 1046pm eastern). Chick... working the drive thru lacks even basic conversional skills I guess? Incredibly rude and curt. I pulled off without orderinganything and she said bye girl ???? If I owned this franchise I would be devastated honestly. Read more
They decided to close their dining room with people inside. The people they kicked out told us they did it since they didn't... have enough workers. The drive-thru was 20 cars deep. We went to another Wendy's and enjoyed it thoroughly. Disappointing forsure, but if they didn't have staff there, it happens. Read more
This is usually a pretty good Wendy?s. Food is fresh and service is decent. My wife and I had the fried chicken sandwich meal... (except mine had mayonnaise). Been sitting in this line for about 15 mins before it even moved wasn?t even at the order screen yet. I get they might be short... staffed but doing one order at a time? Is a bit ridiculous does it really take that long to cook one meal? I?ve had good experiences at this Wendy?s. I appreciate that they have fish sandwiches and I love a frosty now and then. The... inside of the restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are okay. The drive thru is pretty quick and I?ve never had an order bewrong thankfully. I like that you can substitute chili for fries. Read more
