Ordered sandwich off menu and it did not have all the ingredients listed on the sandwich. Also ordered a cannoli and they did... not fill it all the way, it was an empty shell in the middle. We were excited to try this place because of such great reviews but we were left with much disappointment. First our order was... wrong and when we called we were just left with a bad attitude and really just ruined our appetite. Then when we are actuallytried our food everything was bland with no taste. Very disappointing. I received a reply from the owner. I remember the ownerbeing very nice and even kindly gave us the menu for our orders. The only reason we got disappointed was the fact that yes theworker apologized but with a very inappropriate attitude and she never offered a refund. She infact hung up making me feel likeit was my fault that I even called them to complain. But otherwise the restaurant is very clean. The food was a bit bland but itwas nothing compared to the bad taste I was left behind with after the phone call. Read more
