I?m originally from Shanghai, so I know what good dim sums are. Overall, Tom?s Dim Sum is pretty solid and authentic. Their soup... dumplings are among the best I?ve ever had in the US. Shanghai Wonton Soup is okay, better than those places but not as good ashomemade ones. Stir-fried rice cake dishes have very authentic flavor. My only reservation is about the appetizer: Fried porkchop. It?s too dry and should have been served with Shanghai Spicy Soy Sauce instead of shrimp sauce. Read more
I stopped in while I was in town because it had been so long since I'd been to a good dim sum place and I'm so glad I did!!!... Absolutely amazing!
