I placed an online order the day before. I arrived to pickup my order and it wasn?t ready so I waited 18 minutes in the drive... thru and then was told to pull around to the front of the store where I waited an additional 20 minutes. Not the same Bruchi's I remember from the North side of Spokane. Just a slight taste difference in the marinade. It was good,... but the delectable taste I remember just wasn't there at this particular branch. Read more
This is supposedly two large fries. I understand the cost of living going up, however at least fill half the bag.
My Malibu chicken was burnt, and a long piece of hair attached with meat on it, gross... Pricess are not the same as they show... on line, threw away my meal as I was grossed out by the hair, really sad...it used to be soooo good! Read more

Staff and greeters are clearly untrained in any form of customer service. The cook has never done his job before as it shows... from what he is serving. Ordered a club sub waited over 30 minutes to find out they cleared the order before it was made. Ihighly recommend training for all employees at this location. Read more
Excellent food and clean establishment. Customer service was mediocre and the girl taking my order wasn't terribly subtle about... wanting to do anything but take my order. However, I can't deny that the chicken bacon cheesesteak was excellent, and both itand the fries were hot and fresh. Would certainly eat here again. Read more
