I have visited countless Subways in my life, but none of them have matched the quality of this Medical Lake location. The... ingredients really do seem more fresh. The employees work hard and care about making great food. In particular, the manager atthis Subway really takes pride in his work, and it shows. I took a little road trip with my Dad and when lunch time came we happened to be in medical lake. I suggested Subway but he had... a bad experience with another one (out of state) in the past. You see, he suffers from anxiety, wasn?t familiar with how toorder, got frustrated with the impatient staff, and never tried it again. That was until now. I guided him but the staff at thislocation caught on and went above and beyond for him. He was extremely pleased and said it was the best sandwich he?s ever had?I think the staff had more to do with it than anything else so? Thank you all for being so kind and gracious! Please don?t everunderestimate kindness because the experience made a huge impact on him. Read more

I went into subway on Dec 5 the lady working there was very rude the guy was nice though I was eating my sandwich and there was... a clump of gooey like texture in my sandwich I don?t know what it was it looked disgusting and I got sick and puked it all up. Read more
