I take reviews seriously and it’s ridiculous that I even have to post this one. I tried to give it a try because of Hotel... Discount. Food is overpriced, I especially enjoyed my Caesar Salad with brown lettuce that was squishy. My French Onion Soupwas overpriced for the portion size and burnt top, like what am I paying $43 for 3 beers, a SMALL Caesar Salad, Small SoupApp. I tried to give this chain a second chance as Swift Current, SK even disappointed me. The workers here seem to have tocomplain about other coworkers/cooks in front of customers. I don’t think I have ever heard the “F**k” bomb this much. Or“f**k this” so many times. Not pleasant to hear “the cooks are drowning or sleeping so someone get them to fix up thesemeals”. I don’t want people being reprimanded but it doesn’t take much to just not complain about your coworkers.You’re not giving a good presentation to the customers. Our Family went for dinner and was very disappointed in the experience. I had Chicken Parm and it was a tiny over cooked piece... of chicken that was dry. The waitress replaced it with another tiny overcooked piece of chicken. My wife ordered the veggieburger on a gluten free bun...the bun was so hard it would bounce if dropped...the patty was also dry and over cooked. She sentit back and the waitress brought out the same dry burger with a messy limp lettuce wrap . She took one bite and said it wasdisgusting. When she told the waitress that it was inedible, the waitress agreed and said the buns and burger were not good. Wegot our bill and I noticed that the Veggie Burger was still on the bill. I went up to the waitress and politely said that sheforgot to take the burger off the bill. She snapped back at me and said that I didn't request that the burger be taken off thebill. I'm hugely appreciative of our experience at this location. We were there this weekend for a kids hockey tournament and this... restaurant shared a parking lot with our hotel. 12 of us went there on Friday night (six adults, six kids) and had a great mealand time. On Saturday night at around 9:30 pm, there was a fire alarm in our hotel that forced everyone to evacuate. Instead ofstanding outside in the cold, BPs invited us in, gave all the kids juice boxes and brought out some complimentary pizzas, andcharged the adults reduced pricing for some beer and wine while we waited for the hotel to be cleared. It turned aninconvenience into something of a memorable adventure. Thanks very much! Read more
This is by far the worst experience I've had for pizza. I' love sauce but there's so much sauce on my pizza I have to scrape it... off. No cheese and it's like they forgot to put the pineapples on so they just threw it on-top after the pizza was alreadycooked???? Read more
